Life Coaching Practice
Welcome to my Life Coaching Practice!I offer life coaching to students, both middle school and college students, adult individuals and couples. I take a creative, non-judgmental interactive approach. My goal is to help you achieve success in your life. I give you the tools to be comfortable with yourself and guide you to create what you need most in your life. With my assistance you will get past your fears, doubts, and opinions of others that hold you back.
Within a positive framework we will begin each session with, "What is right with me!" As we move along in our sessions, we learn to use effectively the affirmation, "Everything I do I accomplish with care & confidence & ease."
Coaching services include: day-to-day problem solving & goal setting, health & beauty issues, relationship issues, financial concerns, work-life balance coaching and depression & anxiety issues.
My passion is to help you create self esteem and self awareness to overcome the obstacles and challenges you encounter.
